How DPR Construction Thanked Its Orlando Partners With Magic

Our client DPR Construction used Orlando Magicians by See Magic Live to amaze guests at its 2026 subcontractor appreciation event, and we’re sharing how the night came together.

What guests saw

On Thursday, October 8, 2026, DPR welcomed about 100 guests to its office on East Robinson Street in downtown Orlando to thank the subcontractors it builds with. From 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Noah Fay performed interactive close-up magic, moving from group to group as guests talked. Noah’s magic happens in guests’ own hands, with a deck of cards and a quick, understated sense of humor, and he made a point of reaching every guest in the room over the two hours.

Afterward, DPR’s event organizer wrote to us: “Everything was fabulous and Noah continues to amaze!”

How we prepared

Some of our clients like a different magician each year, and others like to keep one performer who builds a connection with their guests over time. DPR is in the second group. After Noah performed at their holiday party in January, they asked him back two more times this year: for this appreciation event and for their holiday party in December.

We still reviewed the details of this particular evening: about 100 guests, a working office instead of a ballroom, a two-hour window after the workday, and a room full of business partners who would be catching up with one another. Strolling close-up magic fits that kind of evening because it comes to guests where they’re already standing and talking.

Noah has been part of See Magic Live since 2016 and was mentored by our founder, Kostya Kimlat, on stagecraft and routine building. His close-up card work and polished, friendly manner suit corporate guests, and he already knew DPR’s team from their holiday party.

Why book your magician through See Magic Live

We keep track of what each returning client prefers, so when DPR came back, we already knew their team and the magician they wanted.

We know our magicians personally and what each one does best, so we recommend the magician who fits your audience and what you want guests to leave with.

Kostya Kimlat personally selects every magician we work with, in Orlando and in every city we serve.

You have one contact at See Magic Live from your first email through your event, and we follow up with you and with your magician afterward to hear how it went.
