How Serviceware Amazed Visitors at Its Orlando Trade Show Booth

Our client Serviceware used Orlando Magicians by See Magic Live to amaze guests at its booth during Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2026, and we’re sharing how the three evenings came together.

What guests saw

From Monday, October 19, through Wednesday, October 21, 2026, our magician Sebastian Gerhardt performed interactive close-up magic at Serviceware’s booth during the evening receptions at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando. Each evening, roughly 150 to 200 guests moved through the reception.

Sebastian performs sleight of hand with playing cards and everyday objects, close enough that visitors are watching from inches away.

After the event, the Serviceware team wrote to us, “Both my colleagues and our visitors were very impressed!”

How we prepared

Serviceware contacted us in July, about three months ahead of the conference. The team wanted interactive magic suited to a professional, corporate audience that would draw visitors to the booth across three evening receptions. We interviewed the team about the receptions, the guests they expected, and that goal of bringing people to the booth.

We recommended Sebastian because trade shows and networking receptions are among the settings where he does his best work. His material is built to win over skeptical guests, which suited a show floor full of IT professionals, and his relaxed, conversational style puts guests at ease. He was mentored by the internationally known magician Michael Ammar and by our founder, Kostya Kimlat.
